The objective of this study is to evaluate contamination in groundwater due to distillery effluent irrigation. A study was conducted from 2008 to 2009 at 2 different times in a year, that is in March and October for 10 pre-identified locations at Gajraula and its suburbs of J. P. Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh.
