The Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 1955.

The Global Adult Tobacco Survey India (GATS India) is the global standard for systematically monitoring adult tobacco use (smoking and smokeless) and tracking key tobacco control indicators.

The objective of the Report to the People on Health is to examine and address critical macro issues including identifying barriers and providing options and strategies for the future. This report is more than a document as it reflects the directions of the government as developed in a spirit of partnership and mutual respect in the context of the country

These rules may by called the Prevention of Food Adulteration (3rd Amendment) Rules, 2010. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette except rule 2, which shall come into force after six months from the date of publication of this notification.

These rules may be called the Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2010. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

These rules may be called the Prevention of Food Adulteration (1st Amendment) Rules, 2010. They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.

These rules may be called the Prevention of Food Adulteration (8th Amendment) Rules, 2009. They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.

These rules may be called the Prevention of Food Adulteration (5th
Amendment) Rules, 2008. They shall come into force on the expiry of a period of six months from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
