A team of assigned officers of CPCB, UPPCB, CGWA, Noida Authority, UP Jal Nigam authorized by District Magistrate inspected Noida Golf Course (NGC), Sector-43 in Noida to assess the situation of groundwater.

Action taken report filed by the Department of Urban Development, Uttar Pradesh in original application No. 209/2019 on the matter pertaining to unscientific dumping of solid waste in Loni Nagar Palika Parishad.

Action Taken Report by Department of Urban Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh in Original Application No: 136 of 2015 following the NGT order of December 18, 2019 dated February 24, 2020. The matter pertained to non-compliance of the municipal solid waste management rules in Vrindavan, Mathura.

Report of joint inspection team in compliance to the National Green Tribunal order of November 1, 2019 in Original Application No. 967/2019 in the matter of Kailash Nath Soni Vs State of Uttar Pradesh.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rajendra Kumar Chaturvedi, Advocate Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 17/02/2020 regarding allegation of illegal construction at Ghata No. 635 at Village Shivrampur, Tehsil Karvi, District Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, affecting the pond in the area.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Bhudev Singh Vs Central Pollution Control Board & Others dated 18/02/2020 regarding remedial action by M/s Hillal Bone Mill at village Babeina, Behjoi Road, District Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh for compliance of Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Samvit Foundation Vs State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 18/02/2020 regarding validity of proposal to establish more wood based industries/saw mills in the State of Uttar Pradesh without correctly determining availability of timber to sustain the same.

Action taken report on behalf of Divisional Forest Officer, Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh in the matter of Meera Shukla Vs Municipal Corporation, Gorakhpur & Others dated 07/02/2020.

Compliance report by the District Magistrate, Mirzapur in Original Application No. 992/2019 in the matter of Surendra Singh Vs Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change & Others. The matter related to M/s. Jai Maa Vaishno Stone Works and others operating mining leases in tehsil Chunar, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh which were illegally granted for 20 years in violation of judgement of the Supreme Court. The procedure for environmental clearance was wrongly diluted for exempting public consultation and EMP by wrongly treating the leases to be B-2 category projects.
