Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kudrat Sandhu Vs Govt. of NCT & Others dated 22/02/2018 regarding management of plastic waste. Report has been submitted before NGT by the Central Pollution Control Board prepared by Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology on the degradation of the plastics. NGT directs report to be submitted periodically once in two month showing degradation which should pass on every month or 30 days.
