The State-Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC), Delhi recently asked the DDA to explain the reasons for initiating the construction work without getting its approval.

The State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC), Delhi recently asked the DDA to explain reasons for initiating construction work without getting its approval.

Aug. 30: At least two mega projects in the city that were supposed to give relief to people from parking and housing woes have hit a roadblock with a state-level green body questioning how they started the work without getting the necessary environmental clearances.
