BHUBANESWAR: Even though Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced interim relief for the farmers who suffered crop loss on account of erratic monsoon and caterpillars, no provision has reportedly been made for this in the first supplementary Budget.

The supplementary Budget was approved by the Council of Ministers on Monday.

No special provisions were made for agriculture, sources said.
