THIRUVANATHAPURAM: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) has sanctioned an amount of Rs 40.12 crore from its Rural Infrastructure Development Fund to the state government.

The loan is intended for the implementation of the eight drainage and flood prevention projects in Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Kollam and Thrissur districts.
