CHITTAGONG: The national river taskforce took a decision to free all the canals of Chittagong from encroachers through demolishing the illegal structures on their banks within one month.

Thirteen rivers of Jhenidah are at the edge of disappearance, all of them face increasingly lower navigability and grabbing by encroachers.
