Fighting Budda Nullah curse
Clean water was made available to nearly 1,500 residents of this village yesterday after years of drinking polluted underground water courtesy the Budda Nullah. Help came from an NRI, who got reverse osmosis water purifying system installed in the village yesterday.

Ludhiana: Punjab once again seems to heading towards a potato glut. A 15-year low price and high production of this crop is fast becoming a bane for potato growers, who are now demanding Government intervention for salvaging the situation.
