New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to V.K. Saxena, president of the National Council for Civil Liberties, on a petition filed by Medha Patkar, leader of the Narmada Bachao Andolan, seeking transfer of a criminal defamation case against her from an Ahmedabad court to a court in Delhi.
