Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Stench Grips Mansa's Sacred Ghaggar River With Yogender Kumar dated 01/10/2019 regarding pollution of river Ghaggar. The matter has been put up for consideration on the letter dated 30.09.2019 from Justice Pritam Pal, former Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court and Chairman of an “ Executing Committee” constituted by the Tribunal for overseeing the execution of orders of the Tribunal to remedy the pollution of River Ghaggar.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ganga Lalwani Vs Union of India & Others dated 01/10/2019 regarding remedial action to prevent burning of crop residue resulting in air pollution particularly in the NCR Region. For the last six years, the matter has been a subject matter of consideration before the Tribunal and according to certain statistics, 25-30% air pollution in NCR is caused by burning of crop residue in and around Delhi in October and November every year.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Nagar Panchayat Moonak & Others Vs State of Punjab & Others dated 23/09/2019 regarding the problem of flood in the Ghaggar basin. The Central Water and Power Research Station (CWPRS), Pune through an order of April 29, 2019 was asked to "expedie the enquiry pertaining to the mitigation of the flood problem in the Ghaggar basin and submit a report by the first week of July, 2019." The enquiry was not completed as Haryana and Punjab did not provide the required information.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vikram Ahuja Vs State of Punjab & Others dated 25/07/2019 regarding obstructions being faced in setting up STPs/ ETPs/ CETPs in District Fazillka, Punjab. Polluted water was affecting the environment and public health.
