The Sindh government will pay about Rs 1327.081 million to Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) and Hyderabad Electric Supply Corporation (Hesco) to ensure provision of electricity to villages in these two districts, it is learnt.

Sindh agriculture and irrigation departments on Tuesday agreed to adopt Chinese standards on the appropriate usage and conservation of water to increase the province's agricultural produces, like wheat, cotton, sugarcane etc. This was decided in a meeting presided over by Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah at Chief Minister House.
