National Green Tribunal in the Order said that the Judgement of the NGT dated 10th November, 2016 had "clearly postulated the steps that were required to be taken on long term and short term basis keeping in view the precautionary principle to ensure that the ill-effects and adverse impact of polluted ambient air quality in the previous year is not repeated in the year 2017.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 15/05/2017. This Application is moved from the President’s Secretariat for permission to get diesel BS-IV compliant 2149cc Ambulance bearing Chassis No. MC1E4CLA7HP043880 and Engine No. D61002858 to be registered in Delhi. NGT grants permission for registering of the BS-IV Compliant vehicle as it is used for medical purpose and directs the R.T.O. (Regional Transport Office) to register the same in accordance with law.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Others dated 06/03/2017 regarding dumping sites at Ghazipur and Bhalswa, Mukraba Chowk, Delhi. Photographs submitted before NGT shows indiscriminate burning of waste. The photographs are showing the dumps of waste which are already much beyond the prescribed limit and are on fire. The gases emission visibly are highly polluting and dangerous to human health.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Others dated 23/02/2017 regarding vintage car sports activity to be held on 24th to 26th February, 2017, Delhi.

NGT gives the go ahead to the vintage car sports activity with the Order that "all the directions should be strictly complied with and these cars will not be permitted to run on road as a part of the regular traffic."
