Indian State Minister for Environment and Forests Jairam Ramesh yesterday said the Tipamukh Dam has been turned into a political football in the internal politics of Bangladesh. Bangladesh Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan 2009 is likely to be approved today by the Ministry of Planning.
