Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Babu Lal Jajoo Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 02/05/2016 regarding sewage water and also storm water being drained into the Gandhi Sagar Lake, Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The Court has also been informed that at present on a rough estimate about 22 MLD sewage is being discharged towards the Gandhi Sagar Lake whereas the remaining sewage which is being generated is discharged in different directions.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gram Panchayat Araba V/s State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 26/04/2016 regarding industrial units in Jodhpur and Barmar causing pollution and disposing off thier waste in agricultural fields.

NGT in its Order expressed dismay at the manner in which the District Administration, Jodhpur and Badmer has been responding in this case for complying with the directions given from time and again. Thus, the Tribunal directed the Collector, Jodhpur to appear before the Court on the next date of hearing.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Baba Ram Dev Stone Crusher Vs. Rajasthan Pollution Control Board dated 06/04/2016 regarding pollution caused by stone crusher in village Kolia Dungari – Didwana, District Nagaur, Rajasthan. NGT directs the stone crushing unit to be sealed and said "it will not operate under any circumstance and the SHO of the concerned area shall be personally responsible for ensuring compliance of this Order".
