To augment the drinking water supplied to the newly added BBMP areas under the Second Phase of Cauvery Water Supply IV Stage, the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has decided to construct nine storage-cum-balancing reservoirs at key locations in these areas.
