D K Joshi an advocate by profession filed an application before the NGT against the dumping of muck, debris and illegal cutting of trees in the process of construction of Bironkhal-Kedargali-Naulapur-Khetu motor road. The construction is taking place near Nakuri, National Highway 309. "Due to this NH 309 and State Highway No. 51 (Bironkhal-Kedargali-Naulapur-Khetu Motor Road) has been blocked," the court was informed.
