The Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) has finally convened a special meeting on Wednesday 15th October to deliberate on the growing garbage crises irking the capital city.
According to the agenda, the CCP members will deliberate on steps to be taken on disposal of garbage in the absence of a permanent waste management site.

The Government has approved the appointment of a committee to look into the problem of garbage collection in the Dehiwala - Mount Lavinia MC limits.
