AHMEDABAD: The death of Pravin Patel, a 43-year old NRI from US due to swine flu, has triggered a massive concern in the state about the explosive spread of the H1N1virus through thousands of NRIs from affected countries who are poised to return to Gujarat when Navratri begins in mid-September.
