Road, adjacent to Vijaya College, Bangalore.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of In Re: T. N. Godavarman Thirumulpad Vs Union of India & Others dated 04/10/2019 regarding removal of encroachments from Thatkola reserve forest, Sargodu reserve forest and Maskali reserve forest in the state of Karnataka.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the T. M. Umashankar Vs Union of India & Others dated 26/09/2019 regarding direction for closure of Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) established by M/s Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd. and M/s Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. on the ground of violations of norms in operating the TSDF facility. The matter was transferred to the Tribunal by the High Court of Karnataka in January 2019.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of D. V. Girish Vs Union of India & Others dated 25/09/2019. Two applications related to each other are taken up for hearing by the Tribunal. The first one deals with preservation of Chikmagalur district from the impacts of tourism.
