THE KARNATAKA LAND REFORMS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020

This Act may be called the Karnataka Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 2020. It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 20th November 2019.

Inspection and action taken report regarding noise pollution caused from M/s. Tata Telecommunication transformers and AC exhausts located at No. 2, 5th cross, Geddalahally, KEP layout, Sanjayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The Tata Telecommunications Building was inspected by Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on December 13, 2019 and it was noted that the building has an acoustic wall to the transformer room and also provided acoustic enclousure to all the 12 AC exhaust.
