Model village, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad district. The Counsel appearing for the Uttar Pradesh Government would submit that he has received the list of water bodies in the District Ghaziabad but it is in Hindi and he is translating the same and would file it thereafter.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Shri Hazi Arif & Ors. V/s. State of UP & Ors. dated 03/03/2014 regarding encroachment of drainage system in Ghaziabad. The order states that a Committee of Experts will be appointed. The Committee shall inspect the Green Belt at Zone No. 5, Vaishali and the water drainage from Sahibabad Drain No. 1 to its natural original position including the discharge of untreated industrial waste into the drainage and file its report before this Tribunal by the next date of hearing.
