GANDHINAGAR: In order to regulate the water management sector, the Gujarat government on Wednesday announced its decision to establish Gujarat Water Regulatory Authority (GWRA). A government notification, said the powers of the authority include fixing and regulating "the water tariff system and charges for surface and sub-surface water used for domestic, agriculture, industrial and other purposes".
