Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Court on its own Motion Vs. Govt. of NCT Delhi dated 06/07/2017 regarding municipal solid waste scattered all over, on the side of the road and the residential houses in Seelampur, North-East Delhi.
NGT directs Show Cause Notices to be issued to the Commissioner of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation, P.W.D and NCT, Delhi, as to why appropriate orders be not issued by the Tribunal for violating its orders and polluting the environments.
