Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 02/08/2019 regarding registration of new taxis in Delhi, only if the vehicles operate on dual fuel or petrol or CNG. The Apex Court makes it clear, that it's order of 10/05/2016 that new taxis in NCR would be given permit only if the vehicle operate on duel fuel or petrol or CNG. Further, no vehicle shall be registered as a city taxi if it runs on diesel fuel.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Varun Vs Delhi Pollution Control Committee & Others dated 31/07/2019 regarding red category industries operating in Bawana Industrial Area, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Uttam Nagar and Khyala. The industries are alleged to be discharging pollutants into the ambient air, water and soil. The activities are dyeing factories using chemicals. The discharge of effluents results in diseases like lung cancer, asthma, diarrhoea etc.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vikrant Tongad Vs State of NCT of Delhi & Others dated 31/07/2019 regarding illegal drawal of groundwater by tankers in violation of the ban on extraction of ground water without prior permission of the Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) and without such tankers being registered with the Delhi Jal Board. Such tankers are operating without registration with a view to avoid regulation which is necessary to check the source from where the water is drawn.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shri Shri Thakur Ram Chandra Dev Association Vs South Delhi Municipal Corporation & Others dated 25/07/2019 regarding execution of order dated 01.08.2016 directing South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) to clean and de-silt all the drains lying within its territorial area, particularly the drain abutting the Ram Thakur Mandir along the Mehrauli-Badarpur road and complete such work within one month.
