Proper assessment of the parking needs and the requisite parking facilities for the next 25 years should be taken into consideration while granting permission to build any structures, the Supreme Court (SC) directed the Government of Delhi in its order of September 2, 2019. Further, the municipal corporations of Delhi have been asked to ensure that the pavements are cleared of all encroachments.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of RWA Jain Colony Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 30/08/2019 regarding pollution by illegal industrial activities in North West Delhi and also violation of Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016. The Tribunal had expressed its dissatisfaction at the action taken mentioned in the report by the Delhi Pollution Control Board (DPCC) and said in its order of May 4, 2019 that "once serious violations are noticed, the action has to be commensurate to the violation.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of News item published in "The Times of India" Authored by Times News Network Titled “Reeking of apathy : Breathing outside Jahangirpuri metro station is a luxury” dated 14/08/2019 regarding choking of drains and dumping of garbage outside the Jahagirpuri Metro Station. Further, footpath outside Gate No.1 is covered with human and animal excreta. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation informed the local civic agencies including the PWD and North Delhi Municipal Corporation but with no result. There was also problem of water logging.
