Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Anubhav Kumar Vs Union of India & Others dated 10/01/2020 regarding air pollution affecting the environment in and around the areas of Rani Bagh, Shakurbasti, Raja Park, Punjabi Bagh, Srinagar and Madipur near Shakurbasti Railway Station on account of unscientific manner in which loading/unloading of cement is being undertaken.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs Union of India & Others dated 03/01/2020 regarding prevention and control of pollution of river Yamuna in Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Westend Green Farms Society Vs Union of India & Others dated 20/12/2019 regarding hotels/ motels violating environmental norms in Delhi. The DPCC has been directed by the NGT to look into the matter and take further action in accordance with law.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Deepak Datta Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 20/12/2019 regarding illegal running of banquet halls in the area of Shivaji Marg, Near Zakhira Circle, Delhi, operating without requisite statutory consents and in violation of environmental norms.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Misra Vs Union of India & Others dated 17/12/2019. This application has been filed by National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC), seeking modification of the order of the Tribunal of January 13, 2015 and to permit construction in Yamuna Flood Plain “O” Zone for execution of RRTS Project to decongest Delhi by providing public transportation infrastructure.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jitender Dhir Vs Union of India & Others dated 13/12/2019 regarding illegal construction by Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in the area recorded as green belt in Mayapuri, Delhi despite objection of the Deputy Conservator of Forest. Report filed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest ((HoFF), Delhi stated that the site was inspected by the Forest Department and bounded by boundary wall. Underground reservoirs had been constructed to replace the borewells. Protected forest area was 5 acres which was not demarcated.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ramesh Chand Vs East Delhi Municipal Corporation dated 27/11/2019 regarding action against illegal scrap business at New Ashok Vihar, Delhi resulting in violation of environmental norms.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rohit Yadav, President, Resident Welfare Association RWA Madipur Village Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 26/11/2019 regarding encroachment of the ring road and carrying on of polluting activities at stretch of road from Raghuvir Nagar to Punjabi Bagh.
