The meeting was told that out of the total outlay of Rs. 33177 crore under PMRP over Rs. 11065 crore have been spent so far in both Centre and State sectors. The works estimating Rs. 6199 crore are executed by State agencies in the State sector. Of this amount Rs. 4609 crore have been so far expended. The State agencies are also executing Central projects costing Rs. 6341 crore. An expenditure of over Rs. 1624 crore have been incurred so far on these works. The Central agencies are executing works worth Rs. 20636 crore and they have so far completed the works of the order of Rs. 5171 crore.
