The Tribunal noted that the work with regard to ring road was not complete and a part of the work still remains. The same was with the case of service road of 10 meters wide around the Parikrama Marg, behind the existing houses and ashrams.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vinaykumar Vithalrao Jatha Vs State of Maharashtra & Others dated 05/12/2019 regarding establishment of a 26 MW Co-generation unit on a land bearing Gut No. 52/2 in village Limpangaon, Taluk Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra on the ground that the project falls within the Eco-Sensitive Zone (ESZ) of the Great Indian Bustard Sanctuary. Also, the land (Gut No. 52/2) is a forest land which cannot be diverted for non-forest activity without clearance under the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Centre for Environment Protection Vs State of West Bengal & Others dated 09/12/2019 regarding Chalfilh Tourist Destination Project, Phase I & II, Mizoram.

The applicant had said that the project was in violation of Forest Act, 1980 and Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Notification, 2006. The affidavit filed by Mizoram has conceded to the environmental violations alleged in the application.
