Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jagdish Singh Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 28/05/2019 regarding release of hazardous gases from the STPs near Mayur Vihar Phase – III, Delhi. A report submitted by the committee to the NGT on April 30 said RO plants were being installed indiscriminately without considering quality or source of raw water.
