M/s Alnoor Exports & Others dated 24/08/2018 regarding a slaughter house and meat processing unit in Muzaffar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh operating in violation of environmental laws. According to the Applicant the unit is emitting foul smell and discharging animal wastes into the drain in the area. It has not installed antipollution device for treatment of the effluents. The permitted land use, as per Master Plan, is for agriculture. The said unit is also extracting ground water illegally.
