Even as the state government will bid for the funds under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) to set up dwellings for urban poor in the city, the state is yet to define the criteria for the beneficiaries.

Additional funds would be required to be raised through Budget or assistance from World Bank for urban renewal mission.
