On March, 2, 2021 a team from NIT Calicut has conducted the drone-based survey for assessing the entire quantity of legacy waste at Kureepuzha and the report submitted by NIT stated that total quantity of legacy waste at an area of 5.5 acres is 104906 m3. Installation of the bio-mining plant infrastructure has been completed and set for doing a bench test shortly.
