AIZAWL, June 23: The Mizoram government on Wednesday adopted a four-pronged strategy to make the mountainous state smoke-free, officials said here.

Schools and hospitals in Delhi have recorded higher air nicotine levels than government buildings and restaurants, according to a recent study. While entertainment venues like malls and theatres recorded the highest nicotine presence in the city, Delhi still has lower nicotine levels than Chennai, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh which were also part of the study.

Along with the rest of the world, No Tobacco Day was observed in many parts of Guwahati and Assam recently. This year
