Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sudhir Bhargawa Vs State of Haryana dated 22/09/2020. The matter related to dumping of garbage and encroachment of pond in Pratap Pur area of Rewari district of Haryana. A report was filed by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board to the effect that site inspection was conducted on November 20, 2019 along with the representative of the municipal council. Remedial action has been taken and show cause notice issued to the municipal council for further action.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Raj Kumar Singal Vs State of Haryana dated 05/08/2020. The unit was found to be extracting ground water without Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) permission.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kapil Sagar Vs State of Haryana regarding allegation of encroachment of pond in village Meghpur by Nagar Parishad, Palwal, Haryana dated 06/05/2020. Accordingly, a report dated 28.11.2019 has been filed by the District Magistrate, Palwal to the effect that there was no encroachment and the pond had been demarcated and secured.

Report by Haryana State Pollution Control Board in Original Application No. 1041 of 2019 in the matter of Sukbir Singh Vs State of Haryana.

The matter relates to 4 industries running without consent/permission in non confirming area of District Faridabad. The report states that on inspection “no plant or machinery or industrial activity” was found on the sites. Further, if any activity was noticed in future under Water Act and Air Act by the four units, appropriate action would be taken by the State Pollution Control Board in accordance with law.
