LUCKNOW: Chief minister Mayawati has requested prime minister Manmohan Singh to classify Jhansi, Chitrakoot and Mirzapur revenue divisions as special category divisions under Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme (AIBP) for ensuring rapid development of backwards areas like Bundelkhand and Vindhyachal.
