Report of the Joint Inspection Team in the matter of Uma Shankar Patwa Vs Union of India in compliance of order dated 11/03/2019 regarding demarcation of Yamuna river floodplain in Agra and the construction in it. 

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Nagar Palika Parishad, Vrindavan & Others Vs Madhumangal Shukla & Others dated 22/04/2019 regarding unregulated dumping of municipal solid waste on the flood plain area of river Yamuna. The municipal solid waste as well as plastic waste being burnt is causing environmental hazard in the area of Vrindavan city. The case was filed for the compliance of orders passed by the NGT from 2016 to 2017 in the issue.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of The State of Rajasthan Vs Union of India & Others dated 12/04/2019 regarding diversion of Beas water for Sidhmukh Nohar Project.

Some of the issues framed by the SC are the following:

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Krishan Chander Vs Irrigation and Water Resources Department & Others dated 05/04/2019 regarding erosion of the flood plain area of river Yamuna in District Sonipat. The applicant has stated that the policy of permitting heavy vehicles in the embankments of the river is destructing of the ecology. A policy dated 21.02.2019 has been issued laying down procedure for using the embankments by paying fee.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Nizamuddin West Association Vs Union of India & Others dated 25/03/2019 regarding pollution in the Yamuna river due to Barapulla drain.
