The NGT order states that the report of the Orissa Pollution Control Board shows water samples at Pejanallah which reveals that waste water of outlet of Penjanallah that drains Lord Jagannath Temple Rosasala discharges into the municipal drain. The water quality parameters were not only beyond the prescribed parameters but show devastating results.
