Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Maha Singh Vs. Bestway Agencies Pvt. Ltd. dated 01/10/2018 regarding pollution caused by the tanks of acids and furnace oil from Bestway Agencies Pvt. Ltd. Paint furnace gives toxic smoke and when paint furnace runs, the smoke spreads all around. Thus, the project is in violation of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, for which the Haryana State Pollution Control Board is required to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mahendra Singh Vs. State of Haryana & Others dated 20/09/2018 regarding stone crushing units in village Karota District Mahendergarh, Haryana and consequential degradation of environment. It is stated that the site of the stone crushers is within 400 mts. from Aravali plantation and reserve forest of village Mukandpura and 70 mts. from an educational institutional i.e. Aravali College for Education for B.Ed., in violation of siting criteria for establishment of stone crusher.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Praveen Kakar & Ors. Vs. MOEF&CC & Ors. dated 19/09/2018. Allegations in this application, inter-alia, are that there is encroachment of parks in green areas in Block C of Sushant Lok, Phase I, Gurgaon. Illegal extraction and supply of ground water which is contaminated is taking place. There is absence of water harvesting system. There is absence of sewerage treatment plant. The sewerage of the area connects the storm water drain.
