Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Society for Preservation of Kasauli and its Environs (SPOKE) Vs Barog Heights Hotel dated 07/12/2017 regarding private buildings existing which are having more than 3 or 4 storeys and are running hotel business in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.

National Green Tribunal passes the following directions:

1. Hotel Barog Heights shall demolish the structure which is unauthorised and in exercise to the provisions of Himachal Pradesh Town & Country Planning Act, 1977.
