As a result of illegal construction on plots bearing Survey No. 91/1, 91/5, 91/6, and 91/8 in village Cavelossi river Sal was getting polluted and nallahs, fishing ponds, natural water channels and paddy fields have been completely destroyed.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gurinder Singh & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 23/09/2019 regarding illegalities in the project of setting up of commercial towers on built up area of more than 12 lakhs sqm in Haryana. The activity started in May 2016 and environmental clearance was given only May 2018. Also, no clearance was taken from the National Board for Wildlife (NBWL).

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of the Kerala State Coastal Zone Management Authority Vs Maradu Municipality & Others dated 23/09/2019 regarding Maradu flat demolition, Ernakulum, Kerala. The SC expressed its dissatisfaction at the affidavit filed by the Chief Secretary of Kerala and said that no concrete plan has been made to undertake the demolition.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of R. K. Singh Vs Union of India & Others dated 23/09/2019 regarding construction of various buildings in the cities of Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Bokaro and Deogarh without obtaining mandatory prior environmental clearance under the Environment Impact Assessment Notification, 2006. It had also been indicated that the infraction also pertain to the Jharkhand High Court Building, Jhakahand Vidhan Sabha, P & M Hi-Tech City Centre Mall, Jamshedpur, Vijaya Garden Homes and Aastha Twin City.
