The Haryana government has released its draft notification on Haryana Energy Conservation Building Code (HECBC) Rules. It has asked the stakeholders and public to send their comments on the draft rules to finalize the state ECBC rules.

The Government of Chandigarh on June 16, 2023, published a draft of Chandigarh Energy Conservation Building Code Rules, 2023.

With the aim of conserving energy, the UT Administration has unveiled the draft Chandigarh Energy Conservation Building Code, 2023, and invited suggestions, if any, within 30 days. Formulated as per the composite climate of the city, the code will set minimum requirements for an energy-efficient design and construction of buildings.

Compliance report by the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) in the matter of Goa Paryavaran Savakshan Sangharsh Samitee Vs Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority & Others dated June 12, 2023.

The constructions included toilets, compound walls along the banks of the Tazhuthali Kuppam estuary in the area between the water body and the sea.
