China, embroiled in the tainted milk scandal that has killed four babies, said 15 more companies were found to have contaminated products as it widens a crackdown to allay food-safety concerns that have led to global bans.

HONG KONG: Hong Kong's food safety watchdog said the level of melamine in Cadbury products was safe, after the multinational sweet maker recalled 11 of its China-made chocolates.

Cadbury recalled the product lines from Taiwan, Australia and Hong Kong after they found traces of the industrial chemical, which has led to more than 53,000 babies falling ill in China over the past few weeks.
