Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Village Musnota, Tehsil Nangal Vs State of Haryana dated 25/03/2019 regarding illegal felling of trees taking place and mining at Khasra No. 550, Village Musnota, Tehsil Nangal Chaudhary, District Mahendergarh, Haryana. Mining is being done by Maa Santoshi Khanij Udhyog. For mining, blasting is also done desterilizing the houses of the inhabitants.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Resident of Banjali Niwasi Vs State of Madhya Pradesh dated 14/03/2019 regarding illegal mining at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The report from Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board (MPPCB) states that illegal mining at Ratlam has now stopped but there is no report that the restoration steps have been taken, as required.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ashok Shrimali Vs Union of India & Others dated 13/03/2019 regarding illegal mining in and around Balaram Ambaji sanctuary, District Banaskantha, Gujarat. According to the applicant, the mining is illegal as the area is protected and is declared as sanctuary and is also having endangered flora and fauna. No mining is permitted within 1 Km. of protected areas and no clearance has been taken under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.
