Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray met BMC Commissioner Subodh Kumar on Tuesday afternoon to discuss the measures to promote rainwater harvesting in the city.
While it is compulsory for existing and new buildings to install rainwater harvesting systems, BMC data revealed only 1,651 buildings in the city had installed the system till May last year.
