Shah V/s Vanshakti & Ors. dated 09/01/2017 regarding proposed residential cum commercial project of M/s.Unnathi Associates (Owale taluka, District Thane) lies at 40 metres distance from the private forest adjoining Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The Applicant submits that the project falls in eco-sensitive zone vide Notification dated 5th December, 2016.
