Satyevir Yadav Vs Ministry of Environment and Forest & Others dated 30/05/2017 regarding mining of quartz in village Mukandpura, sub-division Narnaul, Mahendargarh District, Haryana. The Applicant also said that the mines are operating illegally for thirteen years without the requisite consent to establish under Section 25 and 26 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
