Transport Minister Gopal Rai has said that reports related to the success of the odd-even scheme are “conflicted”.

On inspection it was found that the IBIS Hotel has installed two Rain Water Harvesting Systems and both are similar in design and the said design is the approved design as per the CGWA. The report further shows that the Rain Water Harvesting Systems are in good and clean condition, are satisfactory and are as per the approved design.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dr. Tripta Sood & Anr. Vs. Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi & Others dated 28/04/2016 regarding tree felling in the stretch located along Mehrauli-Badarpur Highway in south Delhi's Saket area. The DC of South Zone (SDMC) is directed to convene a meeting to prepare an Action Plan in consultation with the Residents Welfare Association concerned as well as the applicants and finalize the Action Plan for maintenance of existing trees and planting of fresh trees and submit a report before the Tribunal within 4 weeks.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Cherub Singla Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 28/04/2016 regarding fuel adulteration resulting in increased level of air pollution. The Respondents are MoEF, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gases and CPCB. CPCB has yet to resond and has requested the Tribunal for two weeks time to submit the reply.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of K. Manoharan Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 28/04/2016 regarding growing air pollution in NCT of Delhi caused by vehicles.

Questions are raised regarding plying of 2 stroke engine fitted auto rickshaws and introduction of new category vehicle- quadricycle to contain the increasing pollution levels. Tribunal directs Joint Secretary of MoEF, Govt. of India and Member Secretary of CPCB to remain present on the next date of hearing if the response to the questions are not filed.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Hotels and Guest Houses Association Mahipalpur Vs. Delhi Pollution Control Committee & Ors dated 28/04/2016 regarding hotels and guesthouses in Mahipalpur near the IGI Airport operating without permission from civic agencies and the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC).

The present Application filed by the Hotels and Guest Houses Association Mahipalpur questions the three pre-conditions stipulated for grant of consent to operate by the DPCC namely:
