Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that this Dhalo has been in existence since last seven years. Virtually, the relief sought seeks implementation of master plan.

The counsel for the SDMC argued that dhalaos for dumping garbage had been constructed in the sub city, but people were still throwing garbage.
