Order of the High Court of Tripura dated 25/06/2021 regarding management of Covid-19 situation in Tripura.
The HC directed the state to cover as many as possible under vaccination programme as per the availability of vaccine doses with the state administration which would ensure maximum coverage of vaccination within the shortest possible time.
The state of Tripura on May 26, 2020 filed its report in compliance of the National Green Tribunal order of February 25, 2020 in the matter of Lt. Col Sarvadaman Singh Oberoi Vs Union of India & Others to the Central Pollution Control Board. The NGT had sought information from all states and Union Territories on water bodies – Identification, protection and restoration.
