The Applicant also said that the mines are operating illegally for thirteen years without the requisite consent to establish under Section 25 and 26 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Naveen Sarawat Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 24/05/2017 regarding mining operations in village Hasanpura Mafi, Neemli, Zoda and Gwalda, Tehsil Tijara, Alwar District, Rajasthan which is in close proximity with the Aravali range.

NGT directs the Collector of Alwar to constitute a team comprising of Tehsil Tijara and get the distances measured from the boundaries of the Aravali range to the boundary pillars of the mining lease with respect to village Gwalda.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Lt. Col. (Retd.) Sarvadaman Singh Oberoi Vs. Union of India & Others dated 14/09/2016 regarding car rally to be held on a 30km forest track in the Gurgaon-Faridabad Aravalis. Counsel representing the car rally organisers - Sports Route Trust submitted before the National Green Tribunal that they would not permit any sports car rally and would not make any preparation for taking the car rally through that area. The route of the car rally would pass through only Kundli, Manesar and Palwal Express way service lane.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vivek Kamboj & Anr. Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 17/05/2016 regarding disposal of waste in Aravali Hills, Haryana. Any person who is found to be throwing muck or waste in that area, the Authorities are at liberty to seize the vehicles and impose cost of Rs.

The National Green Tribunal on March 17, 2016 directed Kenwood Mercantile Private Ltd, Goodfaith Builders Pvt. Ltd and Nandak INFOCOM (or INFROCOM) Pvt. Ltd  to jointly deposit an environmental compensation of Rupees one lakh within three weeks before the Haryana Pollution Control Board.
